The Pippins' colored pencil children's book illustrations have a handmade quality that works well for kid's books, in my opinion. I also work in watercolor, pen and ink, and other mediums.

I enjoy spending time in Nature and many of my illustrations are directly influenced by my time outdoors. Featuring flora and fauna is an important aspect of my work and, I hope, an important facet of children's book learning.
